Three levels are demonstrated for every exercise to switch between as needed. Level 1 never has to run, jump or get on the ground. Consider starting at Level 1 if you have any of the following: injuries, pregnancy, sore muscles, foggy brain, illness, or it has been awhile since you last exercised.
The first round of Agility & Strength in every workout is the warm-up while every round of MindBody serves as the cool down immediately after each HIIT segment whether it occurs at the beginning, middle and/or end of the workout.
